My Reflections

hi i am roman, this tike i woul like to talk about the fair that i have to present in my school, my group and me realize cheese , the cheese have a short but complicate proccess, first you have to have the raw milk because is the most effective milk to realize the hard cheese, second you have to put cuajo into the milk, tha are a bactery that help to realize the proccess of cheese, third you have to wait like 20 minutes and after that you should put salt into the milk and mix themilk for 5 minutes, you wite another 45 minutes for the milk (cuaje) all and later yor cut the cheese, you put the milk into a recipient and you refrigerated them  for 24 hours and that is all the process, i like to do this fair because in the fair i learn so mouch things like the team work, how to do an experiment and how to do cheese and that is good for the general culture, the hard thing was, realize the process of chesse and the easy thing was investigate how to do the process.

Introducing Myself

hi everyone my name is roman pinto, i have 15 years old, i study in u.e. colegio don bosco in nine grade A , i was born in lecheria city of the anzoategui state in venezuela, i live with old my family, my mother is rosa trias, my father roman pinto and my sister isabella pinto, i love so much my family and every time i enjoy  with them, i like to play soccer with my friends and i practice in deportivo anzoategui that is the team of my state.i like to joke all time with my friends and enjoy a good time every day,this is me.

this picture represents for me a good time with my familiy,  the picture was 1 year ago, i was whith all my family and my cousins in the atraction park of orlando island of adventure, tha was in the summer, i enjoy so much tha they becauuse y enjoy with my family all the atractions that have that park , was a they of emotions that i remain in my memory, i wish to have another day like this.
